# Version 1.7 Demo Mode Notes

This version adds **Demo Mode** for recording demos and showing prospects the workflow before Twilio/A2P SMS approval is complete.

## What Demo Mode does

Demo Mode simulates:

1. Missed call
2. Instant SMS text-back
3. Customer reply
4. AI intake
5. Owner alert
6. Ready-to-book lead
7. Booked lead status

No real SMS is sent. Demo messages are saved to the conversation history with `[DEMO - not sent]` markers.

## Where to use it

Open:

`https://YOUR-DEMO-DOMAIN.com/admin`

Use the new **Demo Mode** panel under the dashboard cards.

## Demo buttons

- **1. Simulate Missed Call** creates a lead, call event, and outbound text-back message.
- **2. Simulate Customer Reply** adds the customer response and the next AI message.
- **3. Complete AI Intake** adds the remaining intake details, updates the lead to ready-to-book, and simulates an owner alert.
- **4. Mark Booked** updates the selected lead to booked.
- **Create Full Demo Flow** creates the whole demo conversation in one click.

## Important

Demo Mode is for sales demos and video recording only. It does not bypass SMS approval, Twilio, A2P 10DLC, or carrier requirements.
